Born in Philadelphia, Franne has made San Diego home for over 35 years. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown University and a law degree from Temple University.  After a successful real estate and environmental law practice of many years, she began a second career in real estate sales joining Keller Williams in 2007 where she has handled the full gamut of real estate transactions from traditional and short-sales, REOs, lease-options, probate sales and other complex transactions. 

Franne has always been a strong believer in giving back to the community and has, through the years, and has served on the boards of, and volunteered her time, to many organizations such as the Old Globe Theater, San Diego Mental Health Association, Build a Miracle, San Diego Chamber of Commerce, Georgetown University, American Red Cross, San Diego Blood Bank among others.
