| My wife Diane and I moved to our condiminium unit at the Renaissance in San Diego in February, 2004. During our nearly ten years at the Renaissance, I was a member of the Renaissance Owner's Association's Finance Committee. I was fortunte enought to work closeley with Franne Ficara, who was the president of the Association's Board of Directors. As a resident and President of the Board, Franne provided strong leadership on behalf of all the residents and worked closely with the varios Association's Committees. When Diane and I decided to change our lifestyle and move away from San Diego, we did not hesitate to ask Franne to represent us in the sale of our unit. There were other resident Realtors in the Renaissance, as well as other high visibility Realtors in San Diego, but selecting Franne was an easy choice for us. From the outset, Franne was very knowledgeable and professional in our meetings with her, including our communications via telephone and email. We received very good independent advice regarding our asking price and other matters that would make our unit attractive to prospective buyers. Franne was not adverse to to making suggestions to us in manner that was receptive to us.
